This product is designed to work without turning vehicle research into a personal-data business.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the contact and vehicle-preference fields shown in the form, the source page, consent version and basic anti-abuse information. Phone is optional.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to respond, assess relevance and—only under the consent presented—to introduce a suitable independent partner. We do not expose private form data in analytics.
Retention and deletion
Unqualified enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Qualified lead records are reviewed after 12 months unless a longer period is required for a documented legal or dispute purpose. Request deletion at privacy@alphard.com.au.
Service providers
Hosting, spam prevention and communication providers process only the information needed to provide their service. Partner credentials are never exposed publicly.
